The stages of the recruitment process vary depending on the position for which we are recruiting. The first selection is based on the CV.
1. Online application
You send your CV for the position you are interested in. At this stage, we only contact selected candidates. Unfortunately, we are not able to write back to every person who applied to us, due to the great interest in offers and a huge amount of CV.
2. First contact
If your application meets the criteria of the offer, a representative from the recruiting department will call to arrange an interview for you.
3. Interview with the recruiter The conversation lasts about 30-60 minutes, during which you will tell about yourself, your experience and qualifications. At this stage, it is possible to verify the language competence through conversation.
4. Substantive conversation At this stage, you talk to the department manager and sometimes to other team members as well. These interviews take place at our office or online.
5. Completion of recruitment On the basis of all the interviews, the future supervisor finally decides to select a new team member and passes the decision to the recruiter who contacts the selected person, as well as other candidates.
What is the recruitment time? We analyze all CVs diligently, so there is no rule regarding the recruitment time for individual positions. The length of the process as well as the recruitment stages may vary, depending on the number of applications to be considered, substantive requirements that must be verified before taking up employment.
